What is your shipping policy?

Most orders ship within one business day via UPS Ground. We strive for a quick turn-around time knowing how anxious you are to receive your order once you place it.

Please Note: Shipments to PO Boxes and shipments outside the contiguous (48) United States can be more costly to ship. Locations outside the contiguous states include Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Military APO / FPO addresses.  There are additional charges for shipping to these locations.

Additionally, “Free Shipping” doesn’t apply to  these purchases due to the additional costs we incur. Since shipping fees cannot be pre-calculated, we’ll notify you upon receiving your order, what the additional fees are.

Note: If we are provided with an incorrect shipping address, we will charge $15.00 per carton shipped to the credit card with which an order was entered. This is the cost charged to us for the address correction by our delivery carriers.  Please assure that the delivery address is complete…BE SPECIFIC… if it is a Street, Avenue, Blvd., etc. and also list if there is a suite, unit or apartment number.  If any of this information is not listed, it may be cause for UPS to assess the $15.00 correction fee.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship out of our NY warehouse and will arrive within 2-6 business days once shipped, depending on the delivery destination. If an order is urgent, please notify us, so we can note the order accordingly. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees if needed.

What if an item is not in stock?

We make great effort to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock at all times and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those situations, we will contact you via phone or email. Please make sure the contact information you provide is both accurate and the best way to reach you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you feel there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot investigate a delayed report. In case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection. Digital photos will be required to make a claim.

What if I need to return an order?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an order, please take note of the following:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
  • Only full case, unopened items may be returned. Single packages are non-refundable.
  • We do not cover any shipping fees; the cost to ship the item to you or to return the goods to us.
  • Customers who received free shipping will be charged the shipping fee if all or part of the order is returned.
  • Please pack your return with the utmost care as damaged returns will not be refunded.
  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Can your dinnerware be used for both hot and cold food?

Yes. We carry a full line of disposable ware of different quality and weight. However, they can all be used for both hot and cold food.

Can I order a samples of products prior to ordering in bulk?

Please contact us at info@saveonpartygoods.com if you’re looking for item samples.  Although we don’t have samples available of our full product line, we do have samples of many of our products.
